Are there additional fees for you to film our destination wedding?
Our destination wedding clients typically cover costs related to airfare, accommodations, rental car, and dining-related per diem, depending on the location and how many days we will be filming. Please contact us to discuss specifics so that we can put together a detailed and thorough quote for your specific needs.
How many Motion 8 Films team members will we need to fly out?
We typically require a minimum of three photographers in order to ensure that we don’t miss any of your most important moments. However, the number of team members needed depends on the size of your gathering and how many events we will be covering.
Isn’t it easier and less expensive to use an onsite photographer?
Our destination wedding clients choose to include us in their wedding plan in order to ensure that they don’t entrust their one and only wedding to the unknown quality and reliability of a resort-supplied photographer. With all the time and effort you put into planning your perfect wedding, can you imagine not meeting your photographer until the day of your ceremony?
With the unique nature of South Asian Indian weddings, it’s even more important to ensure that you can trust your photographer and videographer to know which moments are the most cherished to you and your family.
Our clients also report concerns with communicating with a resort representative to get photos supplied after the event. When you’re working with a photographer that lives far from your home, it can be more challenging to chase down your photos and resolve issues with editing or missing footage.
