The price of your personalized package will depend on several factors, including how many events you’re incorporating in your ceremony, location, size and how many additional elements you’d like to have captured (engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, etc). We can be there for everything, or just the parts that are most important to you depending on your budget and preferences.

Once we’ve worked together to identify your needs and wishes for your ceremony, we are able to provide you with a flat rate package price.

Packages start at $5,000, but we encourage you to contact us to get a detailed quote.

No, you’ll have a flat rate package price so that you can enjoy your ceremony without worrying about skyrocketing expenses.

When ceremonies incorporate several days, multiple staff members, and unpredictable elements, it’s important to ensure your costs aren’t tied to hourly vendors. This is why we provide each client with a complete and detailed flat rate package price so that you know exactly what to budget for photos and cinematography.

The Motion8 team will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event’s starting time and will be there until you say that we’ve captured everything you want to remember.

Our team is flexible and does not charge extra if an event starts late, however we do request that you please let us know if the event will start more than an hour after the planned time.

With over a decade of experience specializing in South Asian Indian weddings, we are intimately familiar with the ceremonies and cultural experience. We’ve been fortunate to be trusted by hundreds of families to capture their weddings and special events, so we won’t miss details that matter to you and your family.

In addition to our regular lenses, our team utilizes specialized equipment to create opportunities for unique, innovative photos and video. We have drones, a slider, and a 12-14 foot crane to capture moments in various perspectives.

We also have dedicated hotspots to ensure the reliability of live streaming, so that your guests near and far can be up close to your event in real time, without depending on unreliable site-provided WiFi.

Absolutely. It’s a wonderful way to include distant family and loved ones in your ceremony, and give attendees an up close vantage point in real time. We offer both live stream and live feed using our own dedicated hotspots to allow our cameras to reliably stream regardless of location and the venue’s availability of WiFi.

It varies based on the size and needs of the event. We always have a minimum of two team members present at every event but we can have up to four team members as needed to ensure we capture every important moment.

We offer a whole host of additional photography services and build each package completely custom to what you need and want.

We love destination weddings! We do not charge for travel within the state of California.

If you’re planning a wedding out of state, contact us for specific pricing. Some locations – based the inherent challenges in getting our crew and equipment to distant locales – may involve expenses related to travel costs.
